O'Reilly's Rainforest Retreat

Set in the World Heritage-listed Lamington National Park, O'Reilly's offers accommodation overlooking the rainforest and mountains. Complimentary guided bird walks are offered daily and the iconic Tree Top Walk is free of charge.

Guests can enjoy a swim in the outdoor infinity pool, or relax in the hot tub. O'Reilly's Retreat also offers a library with a fireplace and a kids room.

All Retreat rooms have a refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. There are no TV's or telephones in the rooms. The Villas are air-conditioned and include a fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen satellite TV, spa bat and a BBQ on the deck overlooking the mountains or the rainforest.

O'Reilly's is 90 minutes’ drive from Coolangatta Airport. Brisbane’s city centre is 2 hours from O'Reilly's and the Gold Coast is a 90-minute drive.

Nice stay in a great location
Just about all of O'Reilly's units have great views over the valleys and mountains to the west and the sunset was spectacular. The rainforest walks are some of the best we have experienced and if you're a keen bushwalker there are some long walks. The afternoon welcome session with drinks and resort info was a nice touch.
Being in a remote location, transport of goods and supplies for the resort can't be cheap, so pricing for food and drinks is reflected in what's on offer. Not really a criticism, but simply a fact visitors should be prepared for.

Wonderful
Amazing views from our room, lots of activities to do during the day. We loved the bird life and complimentary wildlife tour in the morning. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Oasis on top of the mountain
Bucketlist stay and so happy to finally stay. Amazing location with very friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful and relaxing place to recover from 21km Border Track walk and the bar with it‘s view over the range couldn‘t be beaten for atmosphere
Bathroom was very pokey and room lighting not sufficient for reading but minor details as most time was spent outdoors anyway
